How to Request a Payoff Demand from Keep Your Home California

All requests for a Keep Your Home California lien payoff must include the following information:

• Homeowner name(s), as provided on the Deed of Trust
• Property address, as provided on the Deed of Trust
• Homeowner identification number, as provided on the Deed of Trust
• Title company name, address, and title agent contact information

To obtain a payoff demand, please email your request to: Payoffs@kyhca.org. Please include the following statement in the subject line of your email: Keep Your Home California – Attention: Payoff Department.

You may also fax a request for payoff to (951) 300-5992. Please include a cover sheet with the following statement in the subject line: Keep Your Home California – Attention: Payoff Department.

If you have questions and need to speak with a KYHC representative, please call (888) 954-5338 during our normal hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Once we receive your request for payoff, we will provide a Keep Your Home California payoff statement that includes the total amount due, good through date, and banking instructions for where to send the payoff funds.
